SORTS - Privacy Policy
SORTS is a word puzzle game published by White Wiki (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the app handles and how. We designed SORTS to collect as little as possible: there are no ads, no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and we never sell your data.
Information we handle
Game Center identity — if you sign in to Apple Game Center, your Game Center display name and player ID are used to show you on leaderboards and in Guilds, and to save your achievements. If you are not signed in, the app uses a random on-device identifier instead.
Gameplay data — your progress, scores, stars, streaks and equipped title/avatar style, so we can show your standing to friends and pool weekly Guild scores.
Content you create — a Guild name you choose, and messages such as gifts or cheers you send to friends.
Purchases — purchases (the Pressroom Pass subscription and coin packs) are handled entirely by Apple. We receive only the entitlement status from Apple; we never see your payment card or Apple Account details.
Where it is stored
The information above is stored in Apple iCloud (CloudKit) and Apple Game Center under our developer account, and cached on your device. We do not run our own servers and do not send your data to any other company. Apple processes this data under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
How it is used
To show leaderboards, Guild standings and friends’ characters (initial, title, Pro status and chosen colour).
To sync your progress across your devices.
To operate purchases and unlock the features they include.
We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use your data for advertising.
User-generated content & moderation
Guild names and profiles are visible to other players. We filter submitted names and provide in-app tools to report or block other players. Reports are reviewed and content that violates our terms is removed. To report abuse, contact support@whitewiki.app.
Children
SORTS is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices & data deletion
You can sign out of Game Center at any time in iOS Settings. To request a copy or deletion of the data associated with your player profile, email support@whitewiki.app and we will action it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and post the new version at this URL.
